Recap: A Full House in DFW: March Mega Meetup
Some of our hosts and featured networkers at our Mega Meetup.
Last night’s Mega Meetup was one for the books.
With around 140 attendees, the room was filled with energy, conversation, and a shared focus on growing in the multifamily space. From first-time investors to experienced operators, the diversity of the group made for meaningful connections and valuable conversations throughout the night.
The event brought together a strong community of professionals who are serious about building relationships—not just collecting business cards. Throughout the evening, you could see groups forming, deals being discussed, and new partnerships beginning to take shape.
What made this event especially impactful was the caliber of people in the room. Conversations ranged from current market conditions to active deals, capital raising strategies, and lessons learned from recent projects. It was exactly the kind of environment where both new and seasoned investors can walk away with something valuable.
We were also proud to co-host this event alongside Nic Espanet, Nick DiLeone, and Mark Kenney, whose involvement helped make the night a success. Their commitment to fostering a strong real estate community continues to elevate these events.
And of course, a big thank you to our sponsors for helping bring everything together—we couldn’t do it without your support.
More Than Just Networking
Events like this are a reminder that real estate is a relationship business.
The conversations that start in rooms like this often turn into partnerships, opportunities, and long-term growth. Whether you came to learn, connect, or explore your next deal, we hope you left with new insights and stronger relationships.
